The leader of a cult group who was arrested at the weekend by operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the Lagos State Police Command in Jakande Estate, Ajah area, Lagos suburb, has boasted that no amount of bullets can penetrate his body.
The suspect, Andrew Awalebi, 35, who belonged to the Eiye Confraternity, was arrested on Friday morning at a beer parlour with three other suspected cult members around

6 suspected Boko Haram members arrested in Lagos



Six suspected members of terrorist group, Boko Haram, were arrested by members of a civilian joint task force in Lagos over the weekend. Parading the suspects before newsmen yesterday July 10th, the head of the civilian joint task force, Mustpaha Mohammed, who is also the head of Kanuris in Lagos, said three of the suspects - Goigoi Kamsalem, Ibrahim Mohammed both from Bama and Abubakar Ahmed of Baga council areas in Borno were apprehended at a hideout in Victoria Island,

Police Alert Lagos Residents Of Robbers New Tricks’



The Lagos State Police Command has alerted residents on the new antics of criminals, particularly at night, before carrying out their nefarious activities.
The command’s spokesperson, SP Dolapo Badmos, issued the alert in an interview on Sunday in Lagos, against the backdrop of recent robbery attacks on residents.
