Aggrieved students at the Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, today, blocked the Felele highway and reportedly attacked commercial Motorcycle (Okada) riders in reaction to the death of a female student who was allegedly stabbed by an Okada riser yesterday.
The crisis shut down vehicular movement along the ever-busy highway. Some motorcycles were reportedly burnt by irate students.
Anti-riot policemen had since intervene and the crisis is being well amanged as at press time.
